Terms of Service

Welcome to CreatorOS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and CreatorOS, Inc. ("CreatorOS", "we", "us"). By using our service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You must be at least 13 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringes copyrights, contains hate speech, or violates YouTube's terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership

You own the content you create with CreatorOS (scripts, thumbnails, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the service.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before publishing.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
