We collect: account information (email, name, profile picture via Google OAuth), content you submit (projects, brand voice settings, chat messages), and usage data (agent runs, plan usage).

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the service, process AI agent requests via third-party LLMs (Anthropic, Google), handle subscription billing through Stripe, and personalize agent outputs using your brand voice memory.

3. Third-Party Services

We share necessary data with: Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) for AI generation, Stripe for payments, and Google for OAuth authentication. We never sell your data.

4. Data Retention

Your projects, scripts, and chat history are retained until you delete them. Account data is retained while your account is active. Payment records are retained as required by law.

5. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us at /contact.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Session tokens are stored in httpOnly cookies.

7. Cookies

We use one essential cookie (session_token) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children

CreatorOS is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
